Payment Options

We have designed the following options to enable total flexibility for you to choose the right combination of payment styles to match your local market.

Paid on Order (Agent/Vendor) £299 + VAT  
Either your seller or indeed your business can pay for the HIP at the point of order.

Vendor Deferred Payment £299+ VAT + 12%
A straightforward 9 month deferred payment plan for those customers who wish to defer their HIP cost to completion or withdrawal from the market

HIPs With HCR (Home Condition Report)
From  £399 + VAT
Make your listings stand out from the rest. Give your clients that extra “marketing advantage” with a Home Condition Report.

Energy Performance Certificate
We employ our own Home Inspectors and Energy Assessors and aim to complete EPCs within two days of the HIP being ordered.

Searches
Packprovider has its own “in house” search team to ensure our HIPs are fast and seamless.
