Climb new career heights!Train as a Home Inspector - Lead a team of Home Inspectors This is a new profession in the residential property industry. Recent legislation will introduce compulsory Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for homes listed for sale starting from June 2007.
The government are also encouraging home sellers to include a voluntary Home Condition Report in their HIP

We are now recruiting qualified licensed Home Inspectors, Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and experienced RICS qualified residential surveyors for more senior positions.

Home inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors will:
Bullet Point Produce home condition reports
Bullet Point Produce energy performance certificates
Bullet Point Work with proactive and forward thinking professionals including surveyors, estate agents and conveyancers
Bullet Point Have opportunities to train and become RICS qualified surveyors and valuers

You do not have to be a traditional surveyor to enter this exciting new profession. You may be a new/mature graduate or an established building/property professional such as:
Bullet Point Building inspector/building control
Bullet Point Stock condition surveyor
Bullet Point Quantity surveyor
Bullet Point Architects/technical surveyors
Bullet Point Estate agency
Bullet Point Site agent/managers
Bullet Point Experienced builders

Packprovider is part of the County Surveyors Group and is at the fore front of introducing voluntary home information packs throughout the midlands area.

We aim to become a major supplier of Home Information Packs (HIP) to Independent Estate Agents.

By the end of 2006 we will have a team of fully qualified Home Inspectors servicing a number of key Estate Agents who are rolling out voluntary HIP’s in line with our rollout programme prior to the compulsion on the 1st June 2007.

We are currently training and increasing our surveying staff to meet the increase in demand.

We anticipate that Home Inspectors will be in short supply - our aim is to work with proactive and forward looking clients.
